Terms of service
A 30% non-refundable fee will be required when booking your appointments. If you have a Square gift card, please contact Bespoke Beauty Bar directly. Any loyalty discounts will be applied on the day of your appointment.
PAYMENT METHODS
If you have a gift card, please contact Bespoke Beauty Bar directly to book in as our gift card system differs from our booking system.
On the day of your treatment, you will be required to make a payment from the following options:
- Cash
- Bank Transfer
- Gift Card
- Afterpay (please note that a surcharge will apply).
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so no less than 24 hours prior via the email/text sent to you when securing your appointment.
Anything less than 24 hours will forfeit your appointment and booking fee. This is non-refundable or transferable, and you will be required to pay a new booking fee should you choose to rebook.
Any cancellations within 3 hours of your appointment will be recorded as a no-show as we are unable to fill your appointment with such late notice.
If for any reason that you do need to cancel your appointment outside the 24 hour cancellation period, your booking fee will be credited to your account for future appointments but you will still be required to pay a new booking fee for your next appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
To avoid disappointment, please make an effort to arrive to your appointment on time, or at least 5 minutes earlier.
For courtesy reasons, please contact Bespoke Beauty Bar if you are going to be late to your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, one of two things may occur:
If you are not too late for your appointment, the treatment will be cut down in order to conclude at the scheduled time. No discount will be given.
If you are too late to your appointment, and in most cases later than 10-15 minutes, meaning that the appointment cannot be fulfilled, the appointment will be forfeited and recorded as a no show, and you will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled treatment as a cancellation fee. This is non-refundable or transferable.
NO SHOWS
No shows will not be tolerated and you will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled treatment price. This is non-refundable or transferable.
MODIFYING YOUR TREATMENT
Modifying your treatment and removing services on the day of your treatment is included in the late cancellation/no-show policy and in doing so, you will still be required to pay the full amount of the original treatment price. The time of your appointment is reserved for you. When this occurs, I am unable to fill the rest of the appointment time on such short notice.
OUT OF HOUR APPOINTMENTS
For any appointments requested out of hours including Mondays as well as earlier or later than our standard opening hours will incur a $15 fee (charged per hour).
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Initial Commitment Period
Your Initial Commitment Period is outlined in your membership and varies between memberships. It will then automatically renew at the end of each cycle for a further cycle unless terminated.
Managing Your Membership
You can manage your membership by contacting Bespoke Beauty Bar, or by logging onto your account on aglow’s website and clicking the MANAGE MEMBERSHIP tab under your account. Here, you can update your details and change your credit card details on file, etc. If you wish to make changes to the type of membership, frequency or pause you will need to contact Bespoke Beauty Bar directly.
Termination / Cancellation Process
To cancel your membership outside of the Initial Commitment Period, please contact Bespoke Beauty Bar at least business 3 days before your next direct debit date (i.e. close of business on Monday 10th if your membership is next due to charge on Thursday the 14th). If you cancel your membership during an existing cycle, you’re still free to use your unused services and member perks for the remainder of that period.
Any outstanding services or banked treatments will be forfeited upon cancellation of a membership at the end of that cycle.
Freeze / Pause Process
To pause or freeze your membership, please let Bespoke Beauty Bar know at least 3 business days before your next direct debit date (i.e. close of business on Monday 10th if your membership is next due to charge on Thursday the 14th). You can freeze your membership from direct debit date to direct debit date for a minimum 1 cycle and maximum of 3 months (13 weeks).
Cooling Off Period
If you change your mind within 7 days of joining, and haven’t used any of the services or perks available with your membership, we'll refund any payments made. If you’ve taken advantage of any perks (member pricing, discounts, etc.) we may deduct the value of any of those benefits. If you’ve used any services / treatments from your package, we can cancel your membership from the next cycle only outside the Initial Commitment Period.
Banked Treatments & Roll-Overs
Any included Treatments or Services not used within a Cycle are automatically cancelled in our system at the end of the Cycle and do not automatically carry over to following cycles unless previously agreed with Bespoke Beauty Bar.
We will allow you to bank or roll-over a maximum of 2 treatments at any one time (unless agreed in writing during exceptional circumstances). The treatment price of banked and rolled-over treatments are not redeemable for other services listed outside of the Special Conditions outlined in your membership (unless agreed in writing during exceptional circumstances).
Any outstanding services or banked treatments will be forfeited upon cancellation of a membership at the end of that cycle.
Treatment Bookings, Reschedules, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Treatments and membership are non-refundable and non-transferable. Standard terms of service and no-show fee policy applies. Should you not provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a treatment booking, you will forfeit your treatment.
MOBILE SERVICES - SPRAY TANNING ONLY
Travel fees are implemented to cover the travel time and petrol, set up/pack down of equipment, tolls and parking fees. Travel fees are dependant on the location of the booking.
